Municipal Court
The Municipal Court has jurisdiction over traffic and municipal ordinance violations in the Village of Baldwin. The Municipal Court Office is located on the south side of the Baldwin Municipal Building. As office hours are limited, it is advised to call for an appointment with the Court Clerk to discuss matters relating to the traffic or ordinance violations.
Clerk of Court Office Hours
Tuesday - Thursday
8:30am - 2:30pm (or by appointment)
Forfeiture payments may be made:
- In-person during the regular business hours of the Clerk of Courts or the Police Department
- Placed in the Municipal Court Drop Box, located on the south side of the Municipal Building
- Mailed to the Municipal Court Office or
- By paying online.
Municipal Court is held in the Village Board Room, typically the third Tuesday of the month at 5:30 pm, except where noted.
